A graduate of the Government Medical College Amritsar in Punjab, India, Dr. Singh completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Amritsar and a general surgery residency at Easton Hospital in Pennsylvania. He then completed a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery in New York at the University of Buffalo.

Dr. Singh possesses advanced laparoscopic training and handles all types of colon and rectal procedures including colonoscopy, minimally invasive and open colon and rectal surgeries, anorectal procedures, endoscopies, endorectal ultrasound and pelvic manometry.
